Wykonanie:
Mąkę przesypujemy do miski, dodajemy słodzik i mieszamy. Dokładamy rozgniecionego widelcem banana i zagniatamy, aż całkowicie połączy się z mąką. Dolewamy mleko i mieszamy, ciasto powinno mieć gęstą ale lejącą się konsystencję, tak by powoli spływało z łyżki. W garnku podgrzewamy mleko, gdy zacznie się mocno gotować zmniejszamy ogień i przy pomocy łyżki kładziemy na nie nasze ciasto. Uwaga! Nie należy moczyć łyżki, zlewamy z niej kluseczki trzymając ją nad powierzchnią mleka. Nie mieszamy! Gotujemy ok. 5 min na małym ogniu, dodajemy cynamon. Gotowe !
