Wykonanie:
Gruszkę ścieramy na tarce o grubych oczkach. Wrzucamy do garnka, zalewamy wrzątkiem, dodajemy przyprawy, słodzik i dusimy ok 5 min pod przykryciem. W tym czasie do szklanki wypełnionej w 1/4 zimną wodą dodajemy łyżkę mąki kukurydzianej lub skrobi i dokładnie mieszamy. Przelewamy ją do garnka i gotujemy na małym ogniu, aż do uzyskania odpowiedniej konsystencji i pojawienia się "bąbelków" na powierzchni. Przekładamy do kubka, posypujemy orzechami, rodzynkami i polewamy miodem.
